Average result when counting degree (overcome or boost/hinder).

Note "4.00" means that the value was slightly less than 4, but when rounded to two digits it comes out to 4.00. "4" means that the value is actually 4 (i.e. you always get the best possible result). In other words, "4.00" means there is a tiny chance of getting only 3 degrees of success, while "4" means there's no chance whatsoever of getting a lesser result.
